Starting May 5 through May 26, The first 10 players each day who are dealt one of the following bonus hands will receive $75 in chips for each hand:

Any flush dealt to them at an Ultimate Texas Hold ’Em table
Any blackjack dealt to them at a blackjack table
Any flush dealt to them at a Jackpot Hold’Em table

Official Rules

West Bay Casino and Resort is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation, (“Nation”) a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. West Bay Casino and Resort is giving away a total of up to $3,000 in the “Monday Madness” table games promotion beginning Monday, May 5,2025, through Monday, May 26, 2025.
Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo ID and must be a West Bay Players card member, with complete and accurate information to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during this promotional activity: employees of West Bay Casino and Resort; employee of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations, or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
Beginning May 5,2025, each Monday from 2:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m., all Patrons who are actively playing a live, rated hand at a West Bay Casino table game will be eligible for the “Monday Madness” Bonus Hands. The first ten (10) Patrons each day who are dealt one (1) of the listed Bonus hands will receive $75 in chips for every:
- Any suited Blackjack dealt to them at a blackjack table.
- Any Flush dealt to them at a Jackpot Hold’Em table where ONE of the customer hole cards must play.
- Any Flush dealt to them at an Ultimate Texas Hold ’Em table where ONE of the customer hole cards must play.
The “Monday Madness” promotion will end on May 26,2025, or when the giveaway total reaches $3,000 whichever occurs first.
Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable, provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for the Chickasaw Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotion uses without compensation. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prizes will be released.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by Chickasaw Nation in a manner deemed by Chickasaw Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all Patrons. In addition, the Chickasaw Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any dispute resulting from game play, Patrons may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the tournament and a forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/or this tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chickasaw Nation, its regulatory bodies, and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
