From April 6 – 27, join us each Sunday from 12 PM – 11:59 PM. During these times, we’ll award the first five patrons who receive the following Bonus hands with $100 in chips. The winning hands are:

Suited Diamond Blackjack dealt at a blackjack table.
Diamond Flush dealt at a Jackpot Hold’em table, with both customer hole cards in play.
Diamond Flush dealt at an Ultimate Texas Hold’em table, with both customer hole cards in play.

Official Rules

West Bay Casino and Resort is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation, (“Nation”) a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. West Bay Casino and Resort is giving away a total of up to $4,000 in the “Cash for Diamonds” table games promotion beginning Sunday, April 6,2025, through Sunday, April 27, 2025.
Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo ID and must be a West Bay Players card member, with complete and accurate information to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during this promotional activity: employees of West Bay Casino and Resort; employee of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations, or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
Beginning April 6,2025, each Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m., all Patrons who are actively playing a live, rated hand at a West Bay Casino table game will be eligible for the “Cash for Diamonds” Bonus Hands. The first five (5) Patrons each day who are dealt one (1) of the listed Bonus hands will receive $100 in chips for every:
- Suited Diamond Blackjack dealt to them at a blackjack table.
- Diamond Flush dealt to them at a Jackpot Hold’Em table where both customer hole cards must play.
- Diamond Flush dealt to them at an Ultimate Texas Hold ’Em table where both customer hole cards must play.
All other actively rated Patrons at that table will receive $25 in chips. If multiple Patrons (at the same table) are dealt a Bonus Hand on the same hand, each of those Patrons will receive one (1) payment of $100 in chips and all other Patrons (at that table) will receive one (1) payment of $25 in chips.
The “Cash for Diamonds” promotion will end on April 27,2025, or when the giveaway total reaches $4,000 whichever occurs first.
Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable, provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for the Chickasaw Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotion uses without compensation. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prizes will be released.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by Chickasaw Nation in a manner deemed by Chickasaw Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all Patrons. In addition, the Chickasaw Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any dispute resulting from game play, Patrons may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the tournament and a forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/or this tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chickasaw Nation, its regulatory bodies, and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
