On Tuesdays and Wednesday through December, all Patrons who are actively playing on any participating electronic gaming device with their West Bay Casino and Resort Players card properly inserted, will be eligible to receive 25% of their combined losses of at least $40. Official Rules

West Bay Casino and Resort is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation, (“Nation”) a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. West Bay Casino and Resort is giving away Free Play to qualified Patrons, during the “25% Payback Direct Mail Offer” promotion beginning at 8:00 am on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, to 11:59 pm Wednesday, December 27, 2024.
Patrons must be eighteen (18) years or older with a valid photo ID and must be a member of West Bay Casino and Resort & Resort Players Club with complete and accurate account information to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during this promotional activity: employees of West Bay Casino and Resort & Resort; employees of the Nation are prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations or laws; anyone who is currently barred from any of the Nation’s Gaming Facilities; or any Promotional Sponsors.
Every Tuesday and Wednesday from 12:00 am beginning September 17, 2024 to 11:59 pm on December 27, 2024, all Patrons who are or become a West Bay Casino and Resort & Resort Players Club card members will be eligible to participate in the 25% Payback promotion.
- All Patrons who are actively playing on any participating electronic gaming device with their West Bay Casino and Resort Players card properly inserted, will be eligible to receive 25% of their combined losses of at least $40. The max amount of Free Play paid out will be $250.
- Certain games are excluded from this promotion, including but not limited to Electronic Craps, Electronic Roulette and all Casino Wizard titles.
- The qualified Patrons will receive a Direct Mail offer where the Payback will be in increments of $10 in Free Play each Tuesday and Wednesday. Free Play will be will be available two weeks after the qualifying visit.
- All Free Play is valid starting at 8:00 am Tuesday to 11:59 pm Wednesday each week.
- All incentive Free Play offers are non-cashable and non-transferable.
- West Bay Casino and Resort’s casino management system will be the sole controller of the 25% Payback deposit.
Select Patrons receiving offers via any direct marketing initiative will be able to redeem offers for additional entries and/or a single entry as specified on the offer.
Winners must provide a valid ID and Players Club Card to be deemed an official winner of any promotional drawings.
Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable, provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by Nation in a manner deemed by Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all Patrons. In addition, Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any prize dispute resulting from game play, participants may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the tournament and a forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
