Play Thursdays from July 3 to Sept. 25 and earn 40 points on your West Bay Casino Players Club card between 8 AM and 7:59 AM the next day to receive $40 in Free Play. Offers are limited to one per guest per day and are valid until 9:59 AM the following morning.

Official Rules

West Bay Casino and Resort is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation. (“Nation”), a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. On Thursdays in July, August & September 2025, West Bay Casino and Resort is giving away non-cashable Free Play during our “Point Your Way to Free Play Earn and Get” promotion.
Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo ID and must become a West Bay Casino and Resort Player’s Club card member, with complete and accurate account information, to be eligible to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during this promotional activity: Employees of West Bay Casino and Resort; Employees of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations, or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
Beginning Thursday, July 3, 2025, through Thursday September 25, 2025, at 8:00am through 7:59am, patrons who earn forty (40) points on their Player’s Club cards are eligible to receive $40 in non-cashable Free Play by doing the following:
- Patrons who earn a minimum of twenty (40) points on their West Bay Casino and Resort Player’s Club card properly inserted into a participating electronic gaming machine, will be eligible to receive $40 in Free Play.
- All Free Play offers are non-cashable and non-transferrable.
- Patrons will be able to obtain their Free Play at any participating electronic gaming machine once they have reached the required point level.
- Patrons may only receive the “Point Your Way to Free Play Earn and Get” offer one (1) time each Thursday for the duration of this promotion.
- Free Play will expire at 9:59 am on the following day.
- West Bay Casino and Resort’s casino management system will be the sole determinant of each New Member’s eligibility.
Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive w W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winners’ permission for the Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release before prize will be released.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by the Nation in a manner deemed by the Nation to be fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all patrons. In addition, the Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel, or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any dispute resulting from game play, patrons may file a ‘Prize Claim’ with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and a forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nation, its regulatory bodies, and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
