Sundays in January bring the chance to win a share of $4,000 in chips. From January 4 through 25, between 12 PM and 5 PM on Sundays, the first 20 patrons actively playing a live, rated hand will receive $50 in chips. Bonus hands include any suited blackjack at Blackjack or a flush at Jackpot or Ultimate Texas Hold ‘Em. The chance to win chips lasts until January 25 or whenever $4,000 in chips has been awarded.

Official Rules

West Bay Casino and Resort is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation, (“Nation”) a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. West Bay Casino and Resort is giving away a total of up to $4,000 in the “Suit Up Sundays” table games promotion beginning Sunday, January 4, 2026, through Sunday, January 25, 2026.
Patrons must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo ID and must be a West Bay Players card member, with complete and accurate information to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during this promotional activity:  employees of West Bay Casino and Resort; employee of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations, or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Nation’s gaming facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
Beginning January 4, 2026, each Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., all Patrons who are actively playing a live, rated hand at a West Bay Casino table game will be eligible for the “Suit Up Sundays” Bonus Hands. The first ten (20) Patrons each day who are dealt one (1) of the listed Bonus hands will receive $50 in chips for every:
1. Any suited blackjack dealt to them at a blackjack table.
2. Any flush dealt to them at a Jackpot Hold’Em table.
3. Any flush dealt to them at an Ultimate Texas Hold ’Em table.
The “Suit UP Sundays” promotion will end on January 25, 2026, or when the giveaway total reaches $4,000 whichever occurs first.
Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable, provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for the Chickasaw Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotion uses without compensation. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prizes will be released.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by Chickasaw Nation in a manner deemed by Chickasaw Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all Patrons. In addition, the Chickasaw Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any dispute resulting from game play, Patrons may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the tournament and a forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/or this tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chickasaw Nation, its regulatory bodies, and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
